The Country Hills Estate Website
We hope all homeowners will use our HOA website. Please check it periodically for updates. You will note below there are links for you to send emails to the HOA. All emails can go to our property management company Pacific Real Estate and Management, Inc., but there are also links if you want to send an email to the entire Board of Directors, or to the Architectural Control Committee. As a reminder, you should contact the Architectural Control Committee regarding landscaping, painting, construction and fencing issues, or if you are planning to install solar panels or a swimming pool. Please also remember that our CC&Rs require homeowners to obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee prior to such installations. We welcome your feedback on the new website, and suggestions for additional items you would like to see included.
